- Delivery via Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta
- Delivery to Chernivtsi — free of charge
- Shipping costs within Ukraine are covered by the buyer
- Orders are dispatched same day (subject to stock availability)
International Shipping
- International shipping conditions are agreed individually with each client
- Available couriers: EMS, DHL, FedEx, DPD, Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta
- We ship to any country in the world
- All shipping costs and customs duties are covered by the buyer
- The recipient must present a valid ID when collecting the parcel

- Products can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided the original packaging is intact
- Not eligible for return: fabrics cut by the metre from a roll and products purchased in incomplete packaging
