Scholarship —
financial support for students
Inter Tex is launching a social program called Scholarship, aimed at supporting talented and motivated students in Ukraine. This is a unique opportunity to cover part of your tuition expenses and gain valuable experience by participating in the competition.
The program is open to all students studying on a tuition-paid basis, regardless of their chosen field of study. What matters is not the faculty or year, but the desire to demonstrate knowledge, the ability to analyze information deeply, and the willingness to grow.
Scholarship is an international social project successfully implemented in several European countries and the USA. Its main idea is to give young people an opportunity to express themselves and receive financial support for their education.
For participants, it’s not just a competition but a real chance to:
- partially or fully cover their tuition fees;
- demonstrate their research skills;
- draw attention to their ideas and initiatives.
The funding is provided strictly for its intended purpose: the money is transferred directly to the educational institution where the student is enrolled. This ensures that the support is used exactly as intended — for educational expenses.
The Scholarship program exists thanks to the support of businesses, entrepreneurs, and companies that are committed to developing education and fostering the next generation of professionals.Спонсори отримують можливість познайомитися з перспективними студентами ще під час їхнього навчання. Адже саме молодь має якості, які цінуються на сучасному ринку праці:

Thus, the project benefits both sides: students receive financial support, while companies gain future professionals ready to grow and develop.
Students who meet the following simple criteria can apply to participate:
- Ukrainian citizenship;
- any form of study (full-time, evening, or part-time);
- any year of study (from first to final year);
- tuition-paid (contract) form of education.
The field of study does not matter: both humanities students and future engineers, medical professionals, designers, or economists can participate.
To become a participant in the Scholarship program, you need to prepare an original work on one of the topics proposed by the organizers.
Important: works prepared for participation in the Scholarship program cannot be published on blogs, social media, or used in other similar competitions.
We invite contestants to prepare a work on one of the following topics:
- Trend forecast 2026-2028 (silhouettes, fabrics, décor). What to do: collect 150-200 references (runways/Instagram/TikTok/boutiques), label by key features, and count frequency. Result: 6-8 capsule concepts for the collection with clear rationale and visual trend charts
- Minimalism vs «princess»: what brides actually buy. What to do: survey 200+ brides, conduct 10 boutique interviews, compare «likes vs purchases». Result: priority silhouettes for next-season buying and model selection
- Color palette: white/ivory/nude/champagne. What to do: analyze 500 photos, identify dominant shades and placement zones (bodice/skirt/lining). Result: 12-month shade ordering matrix
- «Luxury Look»: mikado, heavy satin, 3D décor, glitter mesh, feathers. What to do: conduct «blind» perception tests (N≈30), record movement videos, analyze cost structure. Result: list of fabrics and design solutions that deliver a premium effect within optimal budget
- Corset & sheer bodice: demand and components. What to do: Analyze 300 looks by corset and transparency type, 10 technologist interviews, SKU forecast. Result: Specifications and sourcing plan for corset materials (6-12 months)
- Eco/recycled fabrics: willingness to pay. What to do: survey 200+ brides, 10 salon interviews, eco-line unit economics. Result: clear recommendation — launch/pilot/postpone, backed by numbers
- Content that sells without a website (Instagram/TikTok). What to do: tag 200 posts/videos (angles, duration, hashtags, quality proofs), find correlations with engagement. Result: checklist «12 Rules of Selling Content» + 20 ready-to-use storylines
- «Proof of quality» in the frame (what to show in close-up). What to do: define a list of must-have shots (seams, corset, sparkle in motion), test with a focus group (N≈30). Result: standard shooting guide for the content team (checklist + storyboard examples)
- Authentic reviews without «fake». What to do: analyze 100+ reviews, identify trust triggers, prepare request scripts and video templates. Result: Set of scripts and templates integrated into the content calendar
- What boutique owners need from a supplier. What to do: 12 interviews with owners/managers (different cities/countries), value map: speed /price /content /exclusivity /service. Result: salon segmentation and draft commercial offer by packages
- Regional exclusivity: myth or profit. What to do: case studies from ≥20 cities, model exclusivity pricing (markup vs risk), define zone/term rules. Result: B2B exclusivity policy (conditions + financial model)
- «Off-the-rack» vs custom tailoring: where is the higher margin. What to do: compare unit economics for 10+10 models, turnover/returns/average check. Result: «golden balance» of stock between ready-made and custom orders
- Production bottlenecks and timelines. What to do: process mapping (SIPOC/flow), time-tracking 5-7 orders, identify bottlenecks. Result: 3 priority initiatives with deadlines, budgets, and expected outcomes
- Quality and packaging standards. What to do: gather 50 cases of critical defects (photo/video), develop QC and packaging checklists. Result: visual standards (posters/cards) for the team, reducing returns
- Regional taste differences (Ukraine/Eastern Europe/USA). What to do: compare 300 looks by key features (coverage, transparency, train, color), 15 salon interviews. Result: 3 regional capsules (6-8 models each) with justification
