Fusible interfacing/doublerin is a lining material that has a one-sided application of adhesive in powder form using a dot method. It is designed to seal fabrics, prevent stretching, minimize creasing and reduce wrinkling. This material helps to maintain the shape and size of the product during wear, washing and dry cleaning. It is attached to the main fabric from the wrong side using a special duplicating press (or hot iron), which melts the glue and ensures a perfect connection. The technology of applying the glue prevents it from penetrating the front side of the main fabric.
